We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to build the analytics layer powering reporting, experimentation, and decision-making across the company.
What you’ll do
- Our main stack is GCP, dbt, Looker — experience with these is a plus. We value the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Find and fix data quality issues, discrepancies, and missing data.
- Build and improve data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Use dbt to solve complex data modelling problems, keeping performance, reliability, and scalability in mind.
- Build monitoring and alerts to catch data issues early.
- Improve our standards around naming, data modelling, testing, and documentation.
- Work with different teams to understand their data needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Help team members design and implement data warehouse, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Own your tasks and projects from start to finish.
What we expect
- Strong SQL skills — you’re comfortable joining and transforming different types of data, working with JSON and arrays, writing scripts, and debugging queries.
- A degree in mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent analytical background).
- A good understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
- A good understanding of e-commerce and its key metrics and processes.
- Clear and consistent communication about your work, progress, blockers, and findings.
- Ability to explain technical and mathematical concepts in plain language to colleagues who don't speak 'maths'.
- Curiosity about new technologies and developments in the data field, and a willingness to implement and keep learning.
- Ability to understand problems from both technical and business perspectives and explain them clearly.
- Fluency in English.

- Gross salary: €3300 - 5700 per month - based on your previous experience, we can be flexible
