We’re looking for a Media Buyer to build, manage, and scale high-performing advertising campaigns, driving sustainable growth across our brands.
What you’ll do
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with clear KPIs, working with 6-figure budgets.
- Test multiple creatives, audiences, and placements using structured experimentation to drive performance across funnels.
- Monitor campaign results daily, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-backed optimizations to hit growth targets consistently.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, and copywriters to develop high-impact ad angles and assets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior to inform targeting strategies and creative testing roadmaps.
- Scale winning campaigns methodically while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
What we expect
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce or DTC space.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with analytical tools.
- Confident decision-maker who thrives in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working closely with creative and growth teams to align ad strategy with brand and performance goals.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
- Self-starter with high ownership—proactively seeking improvement, not waiting for instructions.

- Gross salary: from €3000 per month - based on your previous experience. Plus performance bonuses.
